Thanks Terry.
My place is half-way between the Melbourne group and Geelong group meeting points. So I can choose which one I want to join.
For the benefit of those who are not in the MOA I have pasted details below:
The annual International Moke Day is happening again on Sunday the 25th of September with involvement from Moke clubs and individuals around the world. The new Moke club in France is really getting into the IMD spirit and the Sri Lankans are going to have to do well to beat last years run through the streets.
Locally a combined Melbourne and Geelong event is planned with a drive out through the back roads to Ballarat for a BBQ lunch somewhere, or indoors if the weather is bad, and I hope to organise a photo shoot outside Kryal Castle, or maybe inside.
For those coming up from Geelong the meeting point is 9am at the Little River Service Centre on the north bound side of the Princess highway and the Patersons will be leading you into the unknown. For those departing the Melbourne area the meeting point is the Service center between Caroline Springs and Rockbank ont he corner of Western Hwy and Hopkins Rd, just after where the Deer Park bypass and the Western Hwy join up on the way to Ballarat.
The two groups will meet up on a back road somewhere and try to avoid the highway all the way to Ballarat where something will be arranged for by the 25th, with possibly a stop at Kryal Castle if things fall into place.
Cheers,
